At the beginning of June in Donetsk there was held the 12th international specialized exhibition "Energetic. Electric engineering. Automatics".
Trading company "Vladar-Kharkov" took an active part in the exhibition as an official representative of “Vladar” Enterprise.
""Energetic. Electric engineering. Automatics -2010" is one of the leading exhibitions of Ukrainian power market. This exhibition is a part of priority development program of Donetsk region. It was held with the organizational support of Ministry of fuel and Energy of Ukraine, Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine and Donetsk regional state administration.
At the exhibition there were presented more than 100 enterprises from Ukraine, Austria, Russia, USA and Finland.

Kharkov storage battery enterprise «Vladar» started delivering rail car batteries to Public Corporation «Dneprovagonremstroy».
Public Corporation «Dnepropetrovsk rail cars’ repair and production plant» is one of the oldest enterprises of car-repair and car production field in Ukraine. In 1998 Dnepropetrovsk car-repair plant was reorganized into public corporation «Dnepropetrovsk rail cars’ repair and production plant» (ÎÀÎ
«Dneprovagonremstroy»). The enterprise performs all kinds of passenger cars’ repair works and masters new technologies. The facilities for production of the new rail cars of European class are being developed.
TOV "HAZ" Vladar" participated in the exhibition "Elcom Ukraine 2010", which held on 13-16 of April in exposition complex "KievExpoPlaza".
Our enterprise presented both new and already wide known batteries of VRLA type with gel electrolyte. Among them there are LS batteries of 100-1000 Ah capacity. These batteries are used for UPS at electric stations and substations, telecoms and other objects of electroenergetics. The visitors was able to see the batteries of renewed SN series as well.
“Vladar” took part in the International Exhibition “Independent Power Sources – 2010”
The 19th International Exhibition “Independent Power Sources” was held on 24-26 of March 2010 in Moscow; leading manufacturing companies from all over the world took part in it.
Our enterprise represented its advanced developments — traction batteries of LT series for loading equipment and electric vehicles as well as sealed batteries VRLA with gel electrolyte. Among them there are stationary batteries of LS series, railcar batteries L02300G and L02370G batteries for passenger cars. There was presented a new product — diesel locomotive batteries of ÒN-550 series for main line diesel locomotives of 2ÒE10 type.
As a result Kharkov storage battery enterprise “Vladar” was awarded with a diploma for high developments level.

Kharkov storage battery Enterprise «Vladar» started delivering diesel locomotive batteries to Cuba.
The first consignment of 32TN-450 batteries for Cuba railroad enterprises was shipped at the end of December.
Diesel Locomotive batteries «Vladar» are already well known and acknowledged by Ukrainian railroaders; for many years those batteries are being exported to Russia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Baltic states and now they are also exported to Cuba!
Kharkov storage battery Enterprise successfully passed the certification of Quality Control System according to the standard DSTU ISO-9001:2009 and received a relevant certificate.
The above mentioned certificate confirms once again that "Vladar" Enterprise is continuously improving not only its products but all business processes as well.
We also received new certificates of conformance on all kinds of enterprise's products both for UkrSEPRO system and Russia State Standard (RosStandard).
«Ukrzaliznytsya (Ukrainian railway)» inter-departmental commission approved the application of Vladar batteries for passenger coaches (with electric system voltage 54 V).
The commission noticed that maintenance-free batteries 13L 04 300 G passed all tests successfully, thus the batteries were recommended for passenger coaches’ application.
The use of maintenance-free coach batteries «Vladar» will make possible to reduce exploitation expenses substantially, since the batteries do not need to be serviced.
Kharkov storage battery Enterprise «Vladar» together with the company «Rempo» presented traction batteries of LT series at the Exhibition «AUTO-2009», that took place on the 3-6 of December in Kharkov.
The exposition attracted great interest of experts and visitors.
Today LT series numbers more than 15 batteries’ models for electric loaders and different types of storage and electric vehicles application.

Kharkov storage battery Enterprise, in collaboration with «Ukrzaliznytsya», started delivering special maintenance-free coach batteries of L 02 370 G series for installation on rail buses 620Ì.
Kharkov storage battery Enterprise “Vladar” has widened a model range of traction lead-acid batteries for electric loaders, stacker trucks, and for the other types of electric vehicles.
The following models were put into batch production: LT540 and LT630 – rated capacity 540 and 630 Àh for loaders with higher carrying capacity.
It is 10 years anniversary of cooperation with Public Corporation "Ukrtelecom"
First stationary batteries SN-500 of Vladar production were placed on automatic telephone exchange in may 1999 in Vysokiy settlement, Kharkov region (according to "Ukrtelecom" order). The battery is successfully exploited for 10 years already. During that period the enterprise has produced hundred thousands stationary batteries of different types. Cells’ design has been improved, technologies have been developed, and anyway consumers admit that quality of Vladar products is still very high.
From the beginning of current year stationary batteries SN-360 and SN-500 has been produced in the new version.
Kharkov storage battery Enterprise «Vladar» together with Close Corporation «Kaskad» delivered stationary battery LS 02 600 G1 of 600 ah capacity to Zaporozhye branch of Public Corporation «Ukrtelecom».
The battery was installed on the automatic exchange substation in Berdyansk. Rated voltage of the battery is 128 V (See "stationary accumulators and batteries of LS series").
The Enterprise started production of traction batteries for loaders, stacker trucks and other types of electric transport.
New batteries of LT series, (that is several models of different capacity at once) combine the best components, high assembly quality, time-proved technologies and some essential innovations as well.
For instance, battery box for traction batteries of LT series,has the unique multilayer polymeric coating according to the technology developed by «Vladar» Enterprise engineers.
One of this series advantages is that the customer can now order not only a battery of necessary capacity and voltage but can also IDIVIDUALLY select a connection scheme, connectors type, pole terminals and overall dimensions of battery box. In addition to that production term of such battery will not exceed two weeks.
Another consignment of sealed stationary batteries was delivered to Azerbaijan.
Stationary batteries SN-100, SN-360 and SN-500 of «Vladar» production are successfully used on power stations for more than 10 years already. During these years enterprise’s experts have received great experience, mastered different alloys, developed unique technologies. This experience was realized in production of a new series of stationary storage batteries – sealed batteries of LS type with gel electrolyte. In 2006 the «Vladar» Enterprise mastered a mass production of this type of batteries, which are already being exploited on more than 20 power and communication enterprises; among them are traction substations of Donetsk, Pridneprovsk, South Ukrainian rail roads, substations of such companies as «ArselorMitall Krivoy Rog» and others.
The last month «Vladar» Enterprise together with Close Corporation «Kaskad» supplied a consignment of sealed stationary batteries of LS series to the Company «Azerbaijan Energy Engineering & Consulting Company LLC.». Batteries of LS type of 1000Ah capacity were installed and set into operation on the following substations: Hydropower station «Severnaya» (Baku) and hydropower station in Mingechaur.
«Vladar» sealed batteries of LS type are becoming more and more popular among the experts of electric power engineering.
«Daramic, LLC» Corporation represented by Sales Director in Eastern Europe, Clemens Pochhammer, paid a visit to Kharkov storage battery Enterprise «VLADAR». During the meeting the following issues were discussed: companies’ cooperation in the last and present quarters, future prospects of mutually beneficially partnership, and some technical questions.
Separator is an important component for storage batteries’ production and company «Daramic» is the largest separation manufacturer in the world. «Daramic» enterprises are located in the USA, Europe and Asia and produce more than 350 millions sq.m of separator sheet per year. The company has its own battery plant for conducting the researches.
Vladar Enterprise cooperates with this company for more than 5 years already. The experts of our enterprise have highly estimated the quality of polyethylene separator of DARAMIC series and separators of DARAK-5000 series are successfully applied for production of industrial storage batteries with gel electrolyte. In the nearest future Vladar Enterprise is planning to enlarge the production of above mentioned batteries, thus cooperation with the company Daramic, LLC will be in progress.
Within the bounds of cooperation with Ukrainian railway «Ukrzaliznytsya» Kharkov storage battery Enterprise «Vladar» supplied more than 100 sets of maintenance-free storage batteries for passengers’ cars from the beginning of current year.
Batteries 28L 04 300 G became a worthy equivalent to out-of-date alkaline batteries, that were earlier employed for passenger cars. Maintenance-free batteries «Vladar» with gel electrolyte do not need electrolyte level control during all exploitation period and provide more stable operation and higher safety. According to new batteries’ exploitation experience saving rate of one battery installation is 3000 to 5000$ per year!
The experts of «Ukrzaliznytsya» valued highly quality and reliability of Enterprise’s production.
Kharkov regional scientific production center of standardization, metrology and certification has acknowledged conformity of Quality management system of «Vladar» Enterprise with requirements of DSTU ISO9001-2001 and issued due certificate.

International Conference of lead-acid batteries’ manufacturers LABAT takes place once in three years in Varna, Bulgaria. The Conference is dedicated to new technologies of battery sector, to presentation of new developments, to experts’ experience exchange.
Leading manufacturers and research companies more that from 15 countries took part in the Conference this year.
Vladar Enterprise took part in the International Exhibition «ELCOM Ukraine 2008» that was held 15th to 18th April in Kiev.
At the exhibition the Enterprise exhibited a wide range of sealed stationary batteries with gel electrolyte of LS series. Today «Vladar» Enterprise is the only one in Ukraine that mastered the manufacture of such batteries.
The exhibited samples and high level of Enterprise’s developments attracted a serious interest of Exhibition visitors.
Vladar Enterprise enlarged its sealed storage batteries range.
The old production range was widened with more than 10 models of stationary batteries with rated capacity from 200 to 3000 Ah. Storage cells and batteries of this series are developed specially for conditions with higher safety requirements. All the batteries of a new series are maintenance free and they do not need electrolyte level control during exploitation.

February 28 - within the bounds of the program was held a presentation of new developments named “Lead-acid cells and batteries: Research. Development. Production”, where were presented the last developments of the enterprise – sealed batteries VRLA containing electrlyte immobilized in the form of gel. Among them are traction batteries LT06180G for floor vehicles and cleaning equipment, car batteries L04300G for passenger cars of railway transport, stationary batteries of LS type, as well as starter storage batteries L08150G for shunting electric locomotives of ChME type. The presentation attracted interest of many experts.
